The Czech Republic's national team has its first win in the women's category at the European Curling Championships in Moscow, against the home team Russia. The scenario was truly heart attacking. In the tenth end we played a three with a throw and went into the extra end. In the rings, the Czechs kept the deuce for the win. A valuable scalp against an ambitious opponent.
