The early game against the Scots had some promising moments but they were not enough for the well-playing Muirhead. She was 100% in the first part of the game. In the seventh end we tried to play something without advantage but a hard penalty came and we gave up at 10:2. Later the men battled with Hungary and only errors at the very end prevented the Hungarians from their first win. But the Czechs already have the fourth!!! The evening brought us together with our usual opponent, Andrea Schoepp, who is on her twenty-fifth championship. We lost a well played game and lost in the end 7:6. We will have to win another match.
