The Danes were this morning's opponents. The Dupont sisters have been on the world stage for years. We've met them as juniors, then at the European and World Championships. We gained an advantage in practice, shot the first end and in the second confidently played for two. That was it for a long time. The Danes scored one in the third, fifth, sixth and seventh. We often had promising situations but Madelaine Dupont played a wonderful game and saved any threatening situations. We were a couple of times longer on the draw and missed some important rolls. In the tenth end, the Danish skip played a draw against the loser of the match, our number two in the ring, but after a few deep breaths she rolled a four footer to secure her team's third win of the tournament.
