Second weekend, second tournament.
The year 2020 continues at a frantic pace. The women's national team has moved to Switzerland and is taking part in a well-attended WCT tournament. The original plan had to be changed a bit and the illness of Czech skip Anna also spoke into the schedule and logistics. Everyone has been asking after her today and after receiving information about the reason for her absence, they send their greetings and best wishes for the New Year. Under the leadership of Alžběta (photo) we started the opening duel against the Swiss team Reuteler. After an unconvincing opening, we got into a better game and won 9 : 6. This time we are staying in Bern in a hotel which is a few steps from the hall and the walking distance is very convenient for us. It's nice to be able to stop by the hall at any time and see how the ice is developing or how the rocks on the track we will be playing on are working. Tomorrow it's first thing in the morning from 8am with the Germans (Jentsch).
