The European Youth Olympic Festival took place completely outside the interest of the media, but also outside the interest of the Czech Curling Federation. However, it is not the fault of the players. It will probably be necessary to look at curling in younger countries like Hungary or Poland to see how they work with the youth. They used to learn in our country, now it is probably time for reciprocal measures. Young Czech curling players deserve quality preparation with specialized coaches and the creation of a selection with more advance notice. It's slowly time to start bringing back good results and possibly even medals.
