Phenomenal ride of Czech men. Women are fighting.

The victory of the Snítil brothers, Jakub Bareš, Jindra Kitzberg and Marek Vydra over the teams of Russia and Denmark means second place in the overall table behind the favoured Swedes after the round robin. It is again an outstanding success of this Czech curling team after last year's European Championships. The boys won not only the qualification to the World Championships, but also the chance to win some medals for the Czech Republic!! The women lost to the Russians and since the Italians won the last stone against the Danes on the sidelines, we need to beat the Swedes in tomorrow morning's match to have a chance to participate in the World Championships.
