One day makes two, almost three. Plus. Some other time and somewhere else would be quite nice, like a seaside holiday where any extra day is welcome. In isolation, however, it's certainly no prize. Yesterday we had packed up and worked out the logistics of transporting the rented fitness equipment from the hotel to the hotel. Today, we're ordering more groceries online so we don't starve because we can't take a step. We have run two more tests, but we don't know the results. The assumption is that if both tests are okay, we should move to a "bubble" hotel on Wednesday, during the day, and maybe work out on Thursday. But that's just speculation. The only fixed point in our shrunken world has become the moon and its cycle. In the clear sky, it shone far into the distance, hanging over the city like a static megadrone. The superfill could be seen from outside the window and the scenery was magnificent. Not that it was exactly action-packed or adrenaline-pumping fun, but it was certainly a diversion for those futilely passing hours.
rnSo the freshest update yet: We're moving to the Four Points Hotel on Wednesday at 1pm local time, and possibly ice on Thursday. But we'll have to see about that, as there are no more details yet. Anyway, it's still not clear which team is in trouble and we'd quite like to know. Not out of curiosity, but just to be safe.
