The Canadian trip is over.

The team of Sokol Liboc - Anna, Terka, Klára, Betty and Ezhen is returning today from a two-week training camp in Toronto, Canada. Detailed evaluation is still to come, but the first impressions are very positive. A pleasant ending was watching the Grand Slam on Sports Net, especially the men's final in which Gushue Walstad declined in two ends and then the women's final in which she outplayed Sweeting Hasselborg at the very end. In the afternoon, we also went to Celebration Square here in Mississauga, where the 150th anniversary of the Confederacy was being celebrated. Ice cream, waffles, that sort of thing. Now it's just packing up, returning the car and going home!
