The Koreans are not here yet, but the Finns and Swedes have appeared.
Our first scheduled game, against the Koreans, ended up being a 40-minute practice for our team. There are a few teams that are not yet in the news, Korea being one of them. We're anxiously watching the news from Europe and starting to make plans for the trip back. I believe we will get more information today about the traffic at the airport in Chelyabinsk and Moscow. There have also been reports that the WCF is preparing some kind of transport solution offer for the participating teams. We have our first real opponent tonight and that is a pair from Sweden. Rickard Halstrom in particular, who is bronze medallist at the 2006 Men's European Championships and fifth at the 2003 World Championships, represents quality. We have declined the offer to go and watch the friendly hockey match against Traktor Chelyabinsk tomorrow.
