The world champions are from Sweden and Switzerland.

Skip Hasselborg and her Swedish team and skip De Cruz, who led the Swiss boys' team, are the main heroes of the already completed World Junior Curling Championships. In the women's final, a bit surprisingly, the Canadians did not find the recipe for the more accurate playing Swedes, especially in the second half of the final, and in the men's the Scots could not handle the end of the match, when they preferably let the Swiss create until the very end of the tenth end and then did not play the last uneasy double on their own one. A decent championship level sent the Germans and Russians into qualifying. I'll add some pictures later. Of course a big thanks to everyone for the emails and supportive texts.
