MS 2014. Anna, Tereza, Veronika, Klára and Alžběta.

These are the five ladies who are representing the Czech Republic at this year's World Curling Championships in Saint John, Canada. As an acclimatization stop, they chose Montreal, the city that is home to Canada's oldest curling club - the Royal Montreal Curling Club. On the very first day of our stay we had the opportunity to visit the club, see period photos and soak up the atmosphere of our sport as it looked years ago. Our curling base is at Saint Lambert CC, where they take very nice care of us. We are a little worried about the weather. Some flights from Montreal airport are cancelled, including the flight to Saint John. Tonight we are playing an exhibition game against a local women's team that is currently the best in the province. We'll compare strengths and see. Otherwise, everything is fine and we like it here very much,
