Sara Jahodova of the Czech Republic is also playing for England at the European Championships.
rnWe talked. Our men's match against France, played at 4pm, ended in a 9-1 win, which means the men have already qualified for the extra time. The women's A team is still very wild. For example, the Germans lost to the Czechs, the Danes beat the Czechs and the Germans declassed the Danes 15 : 7. For us it was more important how the game against Russia would turn out, which we went into with the advantage after a good LSD. But only one in the first end and then a bit unlucky for us a double by the Russians after our close missed double. We went into the break after the fifth end three points down but with the advantage. However, we couldn't capitalize on it in the following ends. Both teams struggled with the ice, but the Russians got their bearings early and on at least two occasions the well-playing Sidorova did not let us score. The opponent played better and deserved the win. We are looking forward and we are not thinking about losing anymore.
