The Czechs and Norwegians paid the price for their strong groups.

In the afternoon or post-lunch game, the Czechs knocked out the Norwegian team. After a nervous and inaccurately led start, our girls seized the opportunity offered by the Norwegians and by force of will led the match to victory. In the semi-final (tomorrow at 10.30) will have the Germans. The Norwegians have paid for their loss to Spain and surprisingly will not be at the World Championships. At 16,00 the Czechs will play against the Russians. The Czechs did not manage to win the game at all. Visible nervousness tied the hands of the players and the chances that the opponent gave us (and there were not so few), we did not take advantage of. The Russians were better and led the match with experience to win. The Czechs didn't punish the hesitation in the sixth end, and so the Slavic comrades go to the semis on merit. Tomorrow the Scots also play the French, the Italians play the French and the Russians play the Latvians. We'll see if our feeling about the groups being very uneven this time, and the Czechs and Czech women paying the price, is justified. Good luck girls!!
