In the women's game, Swedes vs. Canadians. In the men's, Canada versus Britain. All the real curling greats will be playing for one of the medals. There are exceptions, but they are negligible. Swedish curling can be a model for all Europeans. Good work with youngsters, finding responsible, qualified people who are given the power to make decisions, humility and pride in good proportion. Edin and his team will only play for bronze, but they have shown quality and sooner or later they will reach the very top. The Swedes in the final for the third time, that's no coincidence. The British are in the men's final. It's been tough for them, but they've been able to spread their strength well throughout the tournament and are certainly not without a chance of gold. Canada, that's a chapter in itself. A curling world of its own and a level currently unattainable. good luck to everyone in the medal fight.
