Albeit with an advantage, but still with a three-point deficit after the first end. That was the start of the game against Sweden (Eskilsson, Mabergs). We were a bit too offensive and the opponent punished us. We played nicely in the fourth end, reduced to 3 : 5 and then created a good opportunity to get at least one point, but Mabergs brilliantly played an uneasy double to get the Norse another three. In the sixth end we tried to push on, but we were centimetres short of playing the all-important double. A heavy raise at the end only moved the stones, allowing the opponent to score again. We shook hands and now we wait for the results on the other lanes. It's a tangled mess and it could go a lot of different ways so far.
