With the Norwegians, the third end decided.

After a good draw, we gained an advantage going into the game against our Nordic opponents. After a blank we made one, but then the Norwegians cooked us behind the corner guard and made three. Our efforts culminated in the ninth end, when after a nice play we played for two, but this only reduced us to 4 : 6. The last end was a defensive concert in the Scandinavian game. Through, then a perfect wick and then one accurate seven after another. The opponent was better, but we weren't without chances and just couldn't finish them off.
