I'm watching the 10th end against the Swiss from the bench. 6 to 9.
After the half end we have two guards and we are trying to fry a three that would let us into the extra end. the first come around is ok. It's behind, but the Swiss still have to peel the guard. He's successful and we play a second come around, this time behind the corner guard. But we stay in the open space and Schiferli picks the one in front of the circles. It would be good to roll into the space in front of ours, which is in the back. That's not happening and we have to hope for a mistake. James plays his first into some sort of tree, but there are two open stones and the Swiss needs to somehow hit one to win. He hits it and our playoff hopes are over. After eight games, we have three wins, five losses and we're facing the Swede who shredded Canada.
