Sorry for the delay, trouble connecting.

To all of you reading this, I apologize. I wanted to give a fresh report right after the Hungary game, but my technology failed, specifically my internet connection. We cheered the boys against the Scots for a while this morning, but it wasn't enough. Trying to repeat the almost usual win over Scotland, this time they ran into a solid playing pair of "old gents" McMillan and Smith. Then we travelled to Monthey again for a duel with the Hungarians. We were expecting a tough match and at certain stages the expectations were fulfilled. In the end our ability to score more points was the deciding factor. We don't score three fours in one game that often, especially not against such a strong team. 14 to 8 is the result of the game. I had an ECF meeting, so I just saw our men fighting with the reigning champions - the Swedes. Losing 6 : 9 means that we are still waiting for our first win, and it can come tomorrow against Switzerland or tonight against Holland. The women played against the Italians (Apollonio G.) from 20.00. The score 9 : 1 after seven ends was not tolerated by the Italians, so we had a light training session after the other matches were over and took the bus back to Champery in the heavy rain. We are all looking forward to getting out of the freezing hall and into our warm beds.
