The lineup of Anna, Klara, Tereza, Bětka played against an experienced USA team. Skip Pottinger has had a number of starts at the Top Events and the other players have national team history as well. The match was very evenly matched. A mistake here and there, but overall decent quality. The Americans got away from us a bit, but we were able to come back well with a two against and then a one against. But it didn't work out in the extra end. Potiinger knocked our well-placed one close and the match ended 6-7. We're struggling a bit with the poor health of some of the team members, but we're putting our heart into it.
