We're already playing. Just WCT for now.
The first opponent was a junior team from Wetzikon (skip Nora Wust). On less spinny ice we were a bit searching for a while, but thanks to our experience and better nerves we pushed our opponents in the seventh, eighth and after a tied situation in the ninth end and got the win. On fairly dirty ice, an important stone didn't go where it was supposed to in the fourth end and we were in a bit of trouble for a while. The opponent played well and relied mainly on defensive stones. The victory is nice. In the next round of the tournament we had a bye(free draw as there are five teams in the group), which we used to finish the ice and practice for an hour. We had dinner at the Co-op and in the morning at 9:00 we play the Italian team (Gaspari).
