Big visit.
Today, we've completed the cast. The Jičín players arrived together with their coach, so that makes sixteen of us. The program of the day was again very rich. Apart from the standard stays in the gym and on the artificial grass court, today we had a lesson in basketball in the central Nymburk hall, where on the wall, apart from thanking the main patron of Nymburk basketball ("Thanks Mirek"), there is an endless series of championship titles of the local team in the form of stylized T-shirts. In the evening we added a sauna to complete the relaxation part of the stay. In the meantime, a lot of footballers arrived for a few days' stay. For example, the Slavic U19s with coach Hysky. In the afternoon we were honoured by a visit of the Mayor of Prague 11, Mr. Jiří Dohnal, who is spending his holiday in the area. He was interested in the facilities, said hello to the Czech women's curling team, did some stretching exercises focused on the lumbar and cervical spine, chatted with the participants of the camp and then left again with his daughter Tonicka (in the photo with the women's team). We were really pleased with his interest in our sport.
