We know where our lockers are.

photo - See if MD or seniors are playing here.

It's 6 o'clock local time at this point, so it's half an hour until breakfast, where I'm going to be first again. The choices within the menu are pretty ok, but we're afraid it will be the same and therefore less exciting after a few days. Yesterday we went to the hall, or rather the building that houses the two areas where the championships are played. For mixed doubles it's a five-lane and for seniors it's even a ten-lane. The ice looks good to the eye - the chief icemaker for MD is Jamie B., a total guarantee of excellent quality. Zuzka said they are spinning more than six feet, a lot, but we can expect the ice to have some more development. We had a beer (Sapporo, Hops, Molson), one costs five dollars, and chatted with some future rivals, like the Germans. Some of the senior curling stories from Prague 25 years ago are quite interesting. Oh, and we know where our lockers are, which require detailed instruction from the organizers to open. We had a team meeting to get ready for today's team meeting and first practice on the ice. In the evening we used the hot tube and the pool. From a distance, fingers crossed for Anna and co. on their phenomenal run at the Masters.
