A nutritious combo.
The start of today's game day was taken care of by the stellar Swedes, who took on us at 9am. We held on until the seventh end. The increased risk in our game brought a few inaccuracies, which Anna Hasselborg's team exploited perfectly and gifted us a three. We only countered with a one in the ninth, so we had no choice but to shake hands and congratulate the Swedes on their win. We have almost no time between games, but we can see that the boys are winning their games and that they have already qualified for the superstructure. Tonight's game pits us against the world champions, the Swiss. We were down by three after three ends, but then we played offensive hell perfectly and registered a four in the fourth end. The deciding factor was finally an unlucky micro-touch by the guard in the ninth end, which helped the Swiss to a deuce and a lead that they held until the end. We were quite upset because this was a very decent match from our side and it was really unlucky to lose the win. Tomorrow is a new day and another game.
