13.03.2010,

The finals are tomorrow.

Tomorrow is reserved for the final matches. The Canada-Sweden match is scheduled for 9.00. The Swedes easily beat the Americans today and will rightfully play for the gold. The Canadians remain the favourites for the final. The men's final, in which the Scots are the waiting team, is a much more exciting battle. The Chinese have long tormented the slightly favoured Swiss. In the last end, though, De Cruz and Schwarz offered the Asians two chances for a double, but Huang burned both with a stone on the stay. So at 13.00 the men's final with the cast of Scotland against Switzerland. An interesting diversion was a long interview with Patrick Hurlimann (1998 Olympic champion) and a nice chat with Vendula Blažková (2000 Czech champion), who lives in Switzerland.
